What Mark 1:34 means
Jesus healed many people afflicted with various diseases and cast out many demons. He also strictly commanded the demons not to speak because they knew His true identity. This highlights both His dominion over sickness and evil spirits, and His intentional control over the disclosure of His Messiahship at this early stage of His ministry. He healed comprehensively and forcefully, silencing the very evil He drove out.
