What Revelation 7:11 means

All the angels, along with the elders and the four living creatures, encircle the throne, then fall on their faces and worship God. Heaven responds to the redeemed’s song with deeper adoration. Context

This verse widens the circle of worship ignited by the multitude’s cry in verse 10. It prepares the ground for the doxology in verse 12, where seven attributes of praise are ascribed to God. After this climactic affirmation, the narrative will pivot from corporate worship to a personal exchange between an elder and John, focusing attention on the identity and origin of the white-robed throng.
