7Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.

7Some put their faith in carriages and some in horses; but we will be strong in the name of the Lord our God.

7For thou shalt give him to be a blessing for ever and ever: thou shalt make him joyful in gladness with thy countenance.

8 They are bowed down and fallen; but we are risen and stand upright.

9Save, Lord: let the king hear us when we call.

9Come to our help, Lord: let the king give ear to our cry.

9Let thy hand be found by all thy enemies: let thy right hand find out all them that hate thee.

9 Save, Jehovah! Let the king answer us in the day we call.
