What Luke 6:10 means
After surveying everyone present, Jesus commanded the man to stretch out his withered hand. The man obeyed, and his hand was instantly and completely restored. This miraculous healing served as a powerful, undeniable demonstration of Jesus' divine authority and His lordship over the Sabbath. It was a tangible act of doing good, directly answering His rhetorical question to the Pharisees and exposing their legalism as heartless in the face of genuine suffering and God's power to heal.

Context
Following His unanswered question to the Pharisees, Jesus proceeds with the miracle, leaving no room for their legalistic objections. This act of healing is a direct and definitive answer to their silent accusations and a powerful illustration of His authority. The immediate and complete restoration of the man's hand provides irrefutable evidence of God's power operating through Jesus, further intensifying the conflict with the religious leaders.
