What Revelation 22:21 means
The book and the Bible close with grace: “The grace of the Lord Jesus be with the saints. Amen.” Grace has been the source and sustainer of every hope described—from cleansing to access to the city. This final blessing prays that the favor, power, and kindness of the risen Lord rest upon all His holy ones as they wait and witness. It is both assurance and petition, sending the churches back into their trials with the Lord’s own benediction. The last note is not fear of wrath but confidence in Jesus’ gracious presence with His people until He comes.

Context
After promise and prayer in verse 20, this benediction seals the vision and returns the readers to their present with a blessing. It recalls the pastoral aim of the book: to strengthen the saints under pressure. Ending with grace ties the whole revelation to the gospel and assures the churches that the Lord who is coming quickly is even now with them in sustaining favor. This is the fitting final word of Scripture.
v.20He who testifieth these things saith, Yea: I come quickly. Amen: come, Lord Jesus.
v.21This passage
