1Oh clap your hands, all ye peoples; Shout unto God with the voice of triumph.
1A psalm of a canticle, for the sons of Core, on the second day of the week.
1To the Overseer. --By sons of Korah. A Psalm. All ye peoples, clap the hand, Shout to God with a voice of singing,
1 All ye peoples, clap your hands; shout untoGod with the voice of triumph!
2For Jehovah Most High is terrible; He is a great King over all the earth.
2Great is the Lord, and exceedingly to be praised in the city of our God, in his holy mountain.
2For Jehovah Most High <FI>is<Fi> fearful, A great king over all the earth.
2 For Jehovah, the Most High, is terrible, a great king over all the earth.
3He subdueth peoples under us, And nations under our feet.
3With the joy of the whole earth is mount Sion founded, on the sides of the north, the city of the great king.

7For God is the King of all the earth: Sing ye praises with understanding.
7Trembling took hold of them. There were pains as of a woman in labour.

8God reigneth over the nations: God sitteth upon his holy throne.
8With a vehement wind thou shalt break in pieces the ships of Tharsis.

9The princes of the peoples are gathered together To bethe people of the God of Abraham; For the shields of the earth belong unto God: He is greatly exalted.
9As we have heard, so have we seen, in the city of the Lord of hosts, in the city of our God: God hath founded it for ever.
9Nobles of peoples have been gathered, <FI>With<Fi> the people of the God of Abraham, For to God <FI>are<Fi> the shields of earth, Greatly hath He been exalted!
9 The willing-hearted of the peoples have gathered together, [with] the people of theGod of Abraham. For untoGod [belong] the shields of the earth: he is greatly exalted.
