1By sons of Korah. --A Psalm, a song. His foundation <FI>is<Fi> in holy mountains.

1 His foundation is in the mountains of holiness.

2Jehovah is loving the gates of Zion Above all the tabernacles of Jacob.

2 Jehovah loveth the gates of Zion more than all the habitations of Jacob.

3Honourable things are spoken in Thee, O city of God. Selah.

3 Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city ofGod. Selah.

4I mention Rahab and Babel to those knowing Me, Lo, Philistia, and Tyre, with Cush! This <FI>one<Fi> was born there.

4 I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon among them that know me; behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia: this [man] was born there.

5And of Zion it is said: Each one was born in her, And He, the Most High, doth establish her.

5 And of Zion it shall be said, This one and that one was born in her; and the Most High himself shall establish her.

6Jehovah doth recount in the describing of the peoples, `This <FI>one<Fi> was born there.' Selah.

6 Jehovah will count, when he inscribeth the peoples, This [man] was born there. Selah.

7Singers also as players on instruments, All my fountains <FI>are<Fi> in Thee!

7 As well the singers as the dancers [shall say], All my springs are in thee.
