1Jehovah answer thee in the day of trouble; The name of the God of Jacob set thee up on high;

1 Jehovah answer thee in the day of trouble; the name of theGod of Jacob protect thee;

2Send thee help from the sanctuary, And strengthen thee out of Zion;

2In thy strength, O Lord, the king shall joy; and in thy salvation he shall rejoice exceedingly.
