1The man that with a stiff neck despiseth him that reproveth him, shall suddenly be destroyed: and health shall not follow him.

2When the righteous increase, the people rejoice; but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

2When the righteous are increased, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man beareth rule, the people sigh.
