What Jude 1:15 means
The Lord’s coming is to execute judgment on all and to convict every ungodly person of all their ungodly deeds and the hard things said against Him. The repetition of "ungodly" underscores the core issue: a life and speech without reverence for God. Judgment is comprehensive; it reaches deeds and words, public actions and private defiance. Nothing escapes the Lord’s scrutiny. Jude assures believers that the blasphemies and injustices of the intruders will face divine exposure and verdict. This both warns the ungodly and comforts the faithful. God is not indifferent. He will vindicate His name, purify His people, and set right what arrogant sinners have twisted.

Context
This verse completes Jude’s citation of Enoch, applying it directly to the present situation. Having established that judgment is coming with the Lord and His holy ones (verse 14), Jude now details its scope and focus. Verse 16 then returns to describing the intruders’ behavior—grumbling, lust, boasting, and flattery—so readers can recognize them. After that, verses 17–19 pivot to exhort believers to remember apostolic warnings about mockers in the last time, providing orientation and preventing surprise or discouragement.
v.14And to these also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his holy ones,
v.15This passage
v.16These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their lusts (and their mouth speaketh great swelling words), showing respect of persons for the sake of advantage.
