1And thou shalt say in that day: I will give thanks to thee, O Lord, for thou wast angry with me: thy wrath is turned away, and thou hast comforted me.

1And in that day you will say I will give praise to you, O Lord; for though you were angry with me, your wrath is turned away, and I am comforted.

2Behold, God is my saviour, I will deal confidently, and will not fear: because the Lord is my strength, and my praise, and he is become my salvation.

2See, God is my salvation; I will have faith in the Lord, without fear: for the Lord Jah is my strength and song; and he has become my salvation.

3Thou shall draw waters with joy out of the saviour's fountains:

3So with joy will you get water out of the springs of salvation.

4And you shall say in that day: Praise ye the Lord, and call upon his name: make his works known among the people: remember that his name is high.

4And in that day you will say, Give praise to the Lord, let his name be honoured, give word of his doings among the peoples, say that his name is lifted up.

5Sing ye to the Lord, for he hath done great things: shew this forth in all the earth.

5Make a song to the Lord; for he has done noble things: give news of them through all the earth.

6Rejoice, and praise, O thou habitation of Sion: for great is he that is in the midst of thee, the Holy One of Israel.

6Let your voice be sounding in a cry of joy, O daughter of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you.
