1Moreover thou shalt make the tabernacle with ten curtains; of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, with cherubim the work of the skilful workman shalt thou make them.

1And thou shalt make the tabernacle [with] ten curtains of twined byssus, and blue, and purple, and scarlet: with cherubim of artistic work shalt thou make them.

1And you are to make a House for me, with ten curtains of the best linen, blue and purple and red, worked with designs of winged ones by a good workman.

2The length of each curtain shall be eight and twenty cubits, and the breadth of each curtain four cubits: all the curtains shall have one measure.

2The length of one curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the breadth of one curtain four cubits — one measure for all the curtains.

2Every curtain is to be twenty-eight cubits long and four cubits wide, all of the same measure.

3Five curtains shall be coupled together one to another; and the other five curtains shall be coupled one to another.

4And thou shalt make loops of blue on the edge of the one curtain at the end of the coupling; and likewise shalt thou make [them] in the edge of the outermost curtain in the other coupling.

4And you are to put twists of blue cord on the edge of the outside curtain of the first group of five, and on the edge of the outside curtain of the second group of five;

5Fifty loops shalt thou make in the one curtain, and fifty loops shalt thou make in the edge of the curtain that is in the second coupling; the loops shall be opposite one to another.

5Fifty loops shalt thou make in the one curtain, and fifty loops shalt thou make at the end of the curtain in the other coupling: the loops shall be opposite to one another.

5Fifty twists on one curtain and fifty on the other, the twists to be opposite one another.

6And thou shalt make fifty clasps of gold, and couple the curtains one to another with the clasps: and the tabernacle shall be one whole.

6And thou shalt make fifty clasps of gold, and couple the curtains together with the clasps, that the tabernacle may be one [whole].

6Then make fifty gold hooks, joining the curtains together by the hooks, and in this way the House will be made.

7And thou shalt make curtains of goats’ hair for a tent over the tabernacle: eleven curtains shalt thou make them.

11And thou shalt make fifty clasps of brass, and put the clasps into the loops, and couple the tent together, that it may be one.

11And thou shalt make fifty clasps of copper, and put the clasps into the loops, and couple the tent, that it may be one [whole].

11Then make fifty brass hooks and put the hooks into the twists, joining the tent together to make it one.

12And the overhanging part that remaineth of the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remaineth, shall hang over the back of the tabernacle.

12And that which remaineth hanging over of the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remaineth, shall hang over the rear of the tabernacle.

12And the folded part which is over of the curtains of the tent, the half-curtain which is folded back, will be hanging down over the back of the House.

13And the cubit on the one side, and the cubit on the other side, of that which remaineth in the length of the curtains of the tent, shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle on this side and on that side, to cover it.

13And the cubit on the one side, and the cubit on the other side of that which remaineth in the length of the curtains of the tent, shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle on this side and on that side, to cover it.

13And the cubit which is over of the ten curtains at the sides will be hanging over the two sides of the House as a cover.

14And thou shalt make a covering for the tent of rams’ skins dyed red, and a covering of sealskins above.

14And thou shalt make a covering for the tent of rams' skins dyed red, and a covering of badgers' skins over [that].

14And then you are to make a cover for the tent, of sheepskins coloured red, and a cover of leather over that.

15And thou shalt make the boards for the tabernacle of acacia wood, standing up.

15And the boards for the tabernacle thou shalt make of acacia-wood, standing up;

15And you are to make upright boards of hard wood for the House.

16Ten cubits shall be the length of a board, and a cubit and a half the breadth of each board.

32and thou shalt hang it upon four pillars of acacia overlaid with gold; their hooks shall be of gold, upon four sockets of silver.

32And thou shalt attach it to four pillars of acacia-wood overlaid with gold, their hooks of gold; they shall be on four bases of silver.

32Hanging it by gold hooks from four pillars of wood, plated with gold and fixed in silver bases.

33And thou shalt hang up the veil under the clasps, and shalt bring in thither within the veil the ark of the testimony: and the veil shall separate unto you between the holy place and the most holy.

33And thou shalt bring the veil under the clasps, and bring in thither, inside the veil, the ark of the testimony; and the curtain shall make a division to you between the holy [place] and the holiest of all.

33And you are to put up the veil under the hooks, and put inside it the ark of the law: the veil is to be a division between the holy place and the most holy.

34And thou shalt put the mercy-seat upon the ark of the testimony in the most holy place.

36And thou shalt make a screen for the door of the Tent, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the embroiderer.

36And thou shalt make for the entrance of the tent a curtain of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined byssus, of embroidery.

36And you are to make a curtain for the doorway of the Tent, of the best linen with needlework of blue and purple and red.

37And thou shalt make for the screen five pillars of acacia, and overlay them with gold: their hooks shall be of gold: and thou shalt cast five sockets of brass for them.

37And thou shalt make for the curtain five pillars of acacia[-wood], and overlay them with gold; their hooks shall be of gold; and thou shalt cast five bases of copper for them.

37And make five pillars for the curtain, of hard wood plated with gold; their hooks are to be of gold and their bases of brass
